Cove Lake Recreation Area

The Cove Lake Recreation Area is an ideal place for a perfect summer getaway. It surrounds the shores of Cove Lake near Mount Magazine and is located in the Ozark National Forest. Family fun awaits with activities including swimming, hiking, water skiing and scenic drives. The lake also offers anglers an opportunity to reel-in large-mouth bass, bluegill, sunfish, crappie, and perch. The recreation area provides picnic areas and a group shelter, as well as numerous activities, including miniature golf, canoe, and paddleboat rentals.
